Your order usually ships within 3 business days. When it does, we email you a tracking number and a link.
Two ways to track it
- Tap the tracking link in your shipping email.
- Or paste your tracking number into 17TRACK. It covers the carriers we use, including USPS for the last stretch.
Tracking can take a few days to show the first update. That's normal.
How long it takes
Most orders arrive 7 to 11 days after you order, with tracking from day one. If you ordered 2 pairs, they may come in separate parcels.
No email, or it's stuck?
- No shipping email after 5 business days? Check your spam folder, then email us.
- Not there 30 days after it shipped? Email us and we'll send a new one or refund you in full.
