Where we ship

To the United States only, for now.

What it costs

Nothing. Shipping is free and every order is tracked.

How long it takes

Most orders arrive 7 to 11 days after you order, with tracking from day one. Your order ships from our supplier's warehouse outside the US, which is why it takes longer than a local store.

If you order 2 pairs, they may come in separate parcels.

Tracking

We email you a tracking link when your order ships, usually within 3 business days. You can also check it on our Track your order page. Tracking can take a few days to show the first update.

Your guide

The 6-week guide is a PDF. We email you the download link right after you order. If you can't find it, check your spam folder, then email us.

Customs and duties

US orders have no extra fees on delivery. Any import costs are covered in our price.

Late or lost parcels

If your order hasn't arrived 30 days after it shipped, email us. We'll send a new one or refund you in full.

Wrong address

Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours. Once a parcel ships, we can't change the address.
