Jones 41, 401, 35008 Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain. Email: support@keepupstrap.com. "We" and "us" in these terms mean Nicolás Nour Gomez Toua.

Using this store

When you use this site or buy from us, you agree to these terms and to our shipping, refund and privacy policies.

What we sell

The KeepUp Strap is sports support for active people. It's sold in pairs. It is not a medical device. The 6-week guide is general strength training, not medical advice. If you have an injury or a health concern, talk to a doctor or physiotherapist before you start. Follow the safety page in the guide.

The guide

The guide is for your own personal use. Please don't share, resell or post it online.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Any tax is shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are handled by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see your full card number.

Orders

We can cancel an order and refund you in full if the item is out of stock, the price on the site was wrong, or the order looks like fraud. If that happens, we'll email you.

Reviews

Some reviews on our product page come from buyers of this same strap on other stores. We say so next to the reviews. We translate them faithfully and don't change what they say. Reviews from KeepUp buyers are shown first as they come in. If you send us a review, you let us show it on our site.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer law where you live.

Our responsibility

We're responsible for delivering what you paid for, as described. As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for losses we couldn't have expected, or for how the straps or the exercises are used. For any one order, the most we owe is what you paid for it. This doesn't limit anything the law doesn't let us limit, such as fraud, or injury caused by our own negligence.

The text, images and guide on this site belong to us or the people we licensed them from. Please don't copy them without asking.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protections of the law where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts. Please email us first. Most problems are quick to fix.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on the site when you place an order applies to that order.
