Who looks after your data

Email: support@keepupstrap.com. Because we're based in Spain, EU data protection law (the GDPR) applies to everything we do with your data, wherever you live.

What we collect and why

  • Your order: name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number if you give it, and what you bought. We use it to take your order, ship it, send your guide, and handle refunds and the KeepUp Promise. This is needed to fulfill our contract with you.
  • Payment: handled by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Messages: what you send us by email or the contact form. We use it to answer you and handle claims.
  • Unfinished checkouts: if you enter your email at checkout but don't finish, we may send you a reminder about your cart. You can opt out from the email.
  • Marketing emails: only if you sign up. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
  • Cookies and device data: Shopify uses cookies to run the store and your cart. With your consent where the law requires it, we also use analytics and ad tools (such as Meta) to see which ads work. You can change your choice any time on our Your Privacy Choices page.
  • Reviews: if you send us a review, we show the name you give and what you wrote. Reviews we show from other stores use only the name or nickname shown there.

Who we share it with

  • Shopify, which runs our store, checkout and payments. See the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.
  • Our supplier and delivery carriers, who get your name, address and phone number so they can deliver your order.
  • Payment providers, to take payment and stop fraud.
  • Ad and analytics partners, only as described in the cookies line above.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it.

We don't sell your personal data.

Data outside the EU

Shopify, our supplier, carriers and ad partners may handle your data in the US, Canada, China or other countries. Where the law requires it, we use approved safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We only send a supplier or carrier what they need to deliver your order.

How long we keep it

  • Order records: 6 years, because Spanish tax and business law requires it.
  • Messages: up to 2 years after your last message.
  • Marketing: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete your data. You can also ask us to limit how we use it, object to how we use it, send you a copy, or withdraw your consent. Email support@keepupstrap.com and we'll reply within one month. If you live in a US state with its own privacy law, you have the same options. We honor Global Privacy Control signals.

If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD, www.aepd.es) or the one where you live.

Children

Our store is not meant for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
