Will it slide down?
The silicone pad grips your skin. Fit it on the soft spot just under your kneecap and pull both ends evenly until it's snug. Then bend your knee a few times. It should stay put.
Does it get hot and sweaty?
It's one strip, not a sleeve, so the rest of your knee stays open to the air.
Will it fit my leg?
One size with an adjustable strap that fits most knees. Measure around your leg just under the kneecap. If you're unsure, email us before you order and we'll help. [TODO owner: add the strap length once the supplier confirms it.]
Why a pair?
Every kit comes as a pair, so you can wear one on each knee or keep a spare in the gym bag. Get 2 pairs if you're sharing with a partner: $27.50 a pair.
What's in the guide?
It's built on the methods modern physiotherapists use for knees, the slow strength work that starts easy and asks a little more of your legs each week. That approach has helped thousands of people go from sitting out to playing again.
You do about 15 minutes, 3 times a week, at home with a wall, a chair and one stair, and you don't need a gym or weights. There's a simple rule for how hard to push, and a tracker so you can tick off each session. It's emailed to you right after you order.
How does the Promise work?
If the straps and the guide don't help, email us within 60 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full. There's nothing to fill in and nothing to send back, and you keep the straps.
How long does shipping take?
Free tracked shipping to the US. Most orders arrive in 7–11 days, with tracking from day one. See Track your order.
What if it arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us a photo and your order number within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a new one or refund you, and you don't need to send it back. The rest is in our refund policy.
Is this a medical device?
No. KeepUp is sports support for active people, not a medical device, and the guide is general strength training. If you have an injury or ongoing symptoms, see a doctor or physiotherapist.
